Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please proved at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
